We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating equipment deliveries, ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance of our products. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve team KPIs, focusing on customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • Contributing to team KPIs - customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety
  • Administrative duties - generating hire schedules, invoicing etc.
  • Representing our organization by providing exceptional customer experiences

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A friendly and sociable personality with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of plant hire equipment is desirable but not required
