**About the role**

The purpose of the Plant & Equipment Coordinator is to effectively and efficiently manage small plant & equipment, capital spares and emergency equipment of all Zinfra asset for the Gas Services business unit.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with the business policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Update, monitor & control the plant & equipment master register and monitor and implement plant & equipment internal controls
- Calibration (units), Test & tagging (leads) and service or maintenance requirements for plant & equipment
- Identification and management of capital spares & emergency equipment management and assisting with all enquiries for plant and equipment & capital spares/emergency equipment
- Assisting with site specific HSEQ Activity Register requirements (lifting equipment, electrical equipment etc)
- Fleet requirements for vehicle servicing and repair requirements of vehicles & trailers
- Monitoring and receipting of incoming plant & equipment, ensuring the receipting process is being adhered
- Undertake material management using SAP to maintain and monitor all materials
- Establish strong working relationships with clients, field crews and contractors to promote provision of quality customer service

**About You**

The successful applicant will have experience working within a warehouse or similar environment and have excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building skills and to demonstrate the ability to communicate information at all levels within the organisation
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite _(Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)_
- Knowledge of SAP _(highly desirable)_
- A current forklift licence
- Active Victorian drivers' licence _(MR+ licence desirable)_
