Service Administrator Role

The Service Administrator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and finalizing equipment repair quotes. This position provides assistance to Area Service Representatives by providing quotes to customers for all tyre and wheel replacements, in addition to any rental return or de-hire customer damage repairs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing is applied to quotes, working closely with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and account managers.
