Facilities Operations Manager

This role requires high-level technical expertise and organisational skills to oversee the efficient operation of a workshop, maintenance of equipment, ordering of parts, coordination of Preventative Maintenance Program services and task allocations for drivers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing. They will be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions, including working as part of a team and autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.

  • Perform operational repairs on pumps and generators while completing servicing, maintenance, and documentation in line with Quality Standards.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of a workshop, maintenance of equipment, ordering of parts, coordination of PMP services and task allocations for drivers.
  • Provide support to other teams within a network in the utilisation and/or repair of hire equipment between locations as required and may involve working at other locations.

The successful candidate will also have excellent time management skills, including planning ahead and rescheduling according to changes in priorities. A valid Driver's licence is also required for this role.
