Equipment Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Lead to oversee and maintain our top-quality equipment fleet across 200 branches in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong maintenance expertise, operational knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure the efficient operation of our branch workshops. As an Equipment Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) services, managing task allocations for serviceperson drivers, and performing operational repairs on pumps and generators.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure it meets quality standards
- Supporting other branches with the utilization and/or repair of hire equipment as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining branch facilities
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar maintenance or supervisory role
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and work conditions
- A valid driver's license
