Job Overview

The role of Equipment Coordinator involves coordinating and finalising quotes for Toyota Material Handling equipment repairs. This position requires providing assistance to ASRs by offering quotes to customers for all tyre and wheel replacements, as well as any rental return or de-hire customer damage repairs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors and external parties to obtain accurate pricing for repairs and maintenance work
  • Prepare and submit quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Work closely with ASRs and Branch Service and Rental Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

This position is based on-site 5 days per week with no remote work options available.


Requirements

This role demands a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and an ability to interpret technical information.

Experience in a similar role or industry would be highly regarded, as would knowledge of Toyota Material Handling products and services. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
