Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    • Assist in executing business development strategies and activities
    • Draft capability statements, tender responses, and presentations
    • Support partner business development plans and key account management
    • Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
    • Maintain relevant documents, databases, and activity spreadsheets
  • Event Management:
    • Assist with client and staff events, including guest lists and facility organization
    • Conceptualize and develop ideas for events
    • Ensure events are marketed and promoted effectively
    • Assist with budget planning and expense monitoring
    Requirements
    • 2+ years' experience in a business development and marketing role within a professional services firm
    • Tertiary education in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign & Illustrator)
    • Understanding of email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
    • Knowledge of digital media platforms, especially Twitter and LinkedIn
    • A creative outlook and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
