This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where you will work closely with our Enterprise customers to ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth, increase customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships with Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives, including revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain engagement with senior customer executives to understand their strategic objectives and position Workato as a trusted partner.
- Create customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or account management roles, with a proven track record of increasing adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Prior experience in driving NRR growth within the customer base.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders.
