Associate Director at Jenkin Beattie - IT Sales & Tech RecruitmentMy client is a leading global automation vendor with an outstanding reputation. Due to recent growth, they're looking for a Sydney-based Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
They are offering a base salary circa $150k + Super + bonus
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be tasked with client onboarding and training, client retention and cross/up-selling responsibilities. You will be responsible for fostering deep relationships with their customers, understanding their business and needs, and delivering solutions to meet their challenges.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and managing key accounts achieving mutual goals whilst seeking growth within each account.
- Retain and grow client base through identifying cross/up-sell opportunities.
- Onboard and train new customers on the solution.
- Client support and issue resolution.
- Internal and external key stakeholder management.
- Development of territory and account development, training and educational plans.
- 4+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar related positions within software (SAAS) sales.
- Experience working towards sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Customer centric approach with great attention to detail.
- Good presentation and communication skills with an ability to deal with business owners or C Level execs.
- Experience in a revenue-generating position.
