Smartsheet Inc is seeking an experienced professional to fill the Senior Leadership Position in Customer Success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Sales, and Value Strategists. Your main objective will be to successfully meet or exceed Customer Success growth and retention targets.

As a member of the APJ CLT Team, you will own forecasting APJ retention. You will act as a bridge between various departments, fostering collaboration and communication. This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, requiring occasional travel to support customer engagements and team initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Sales and Value Strategists. Responsible for hiring, performance management, and motivating individuals to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, drive referrals, and guide account growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer success, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
