
Maintenance Coordination Specialist

- Coordinate task allocation and set work priorities across the team on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Prepare maintenance documentation, project plans, and resource allocations for modification programs.
- Assist in creating methods and procedures to improve safety and workshop effectiveness.
- Ensure wagon maintenance is undertaken in accordance with technical standards and procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders and business divisions for timely clearing and placing of wagons into facility.
- Handle grievances within the local work area.
- Allocate work permits to contractors and ensure compliance with Pacific National specifications.
- Planning and/or maintenance experience in related industries.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current HR Class Driver's License or obtained within 3 months.
- Forklift License or obtained within 3 months.
- Intermediate to high-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
