**Job Title:** Maintenance Coordination Specialist**Job Summary:**Pacific National is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordination Specialist to join our maintenance team at our Greta Facility. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient allocation of tasks and resources across the workforce on a shift-by-shift basis.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate task allocation and set work priorities across the team on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Prepare maintenance documentation, project plans, and resource allocations for modification programs.
  • Assist in creating methods and procedures to improve safety and workshop effectiveness.
  • Ensure wagon maintenance is undertaken in accordance with technical standards and procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and business divisions for timely clearing and placing of wagons into facility.
  • Handle grievances within the local work area.
  • Allocate work permits to contractors and ensure compliance with Pacific National specifications.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a solid commitment to safety, mechanical aptitude, and customer focus. You will also require:
  • Planning and/or maintenance experience in related industries.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current HR Class Driver's License or obtained within 3 months.
  • Forklift License or obtained within 3 months.
  • Intermediate to high-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
