Job Title: Maintenance Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance coordination and possess excellent administrative skills. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities and maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance.
  • Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination.
  • Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
