Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Coordination Specialist

The Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Coordination Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our equipment is well-maintained and presented to a high standard.

This position requires someone with a background in the transport industry, ideally with experience in driving and/or maintaining heavy vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they look their best, performing light maintenance, operating HR / MC licensed vehicles for moving vehicles around the yard and transporting equipment between sites or branches, greeting customers upon vehicle pickup and drop-off, ensuring a positive experience, and communicating with the Rental Operations team regarding vehicle status and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and detail vehicles to maintain their appearance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and report any repairs needed.
  • Operate HR/MC licensed vehicles for transportation within the yard and between locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service during vehicle pickup and drop-off.
  • Collaborate with the Rental Operations team to track vehicle status and requirements.
