Maintenance Planning Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to lead production and repair activities for our critical assets.

This role involves shaping and managing maintenance work packages, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all requirements are in place for both preventative and corrective maintenance. Collaboration with Scheduling, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams is essential for seamless execution of production and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage detailed maintenance plans with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to align resources, materials, and stock availability
  • Develop and implement planning strategies within CMMS and ERP systems
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of production and maintenance tasks
  • Track progress and resolve planning or procurement issues before they impact delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in CMMS, ERP, MRP, and PLM systems
  • At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally with ship-related or technical planning exposure
  • Deep understanding of maintenance strategies, supply chain coordination, and Just-in-Time processes
