**Job Title:** Harbour Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance role and a clear understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.

We are seeking a skilled harbour maintenance specialist to undertake general repairs and maintenance, including preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for servicing plant and general equipment as directed, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, painting and gardening duties, general carpentry, purchasing and administration, and coordinating and communicating with guests, customers and third-party contractors to resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing general repairs and maintenance
  • Servicing plant and general equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Painting and gardening duties
  • General carpentry
  • Purchasing and administration
  • Coordinating and communicating with guests, customers and third-party contractors
Requirements
