About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-Work Support Coach to join our team at atWork Australia. As an In-Work Support Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted on a regular basis to monitor their progress and provide guidance as needed.
  • Training and Development: Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate to enhance client employability.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client placements and progress.
  • Employer Liaison: Liaise with employers to ensure clients receive the necessary support to maintain their employment.
  • Claim Management: Assist with the management of claims and escalate any risks or concerns through appropriate channels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year's experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Attributes: Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, confident working to KPIs, and a desire to be part of a team that makes a positive impact in the community.
