Our ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive learning experiences that drive business results. The successful applicant will possess a diverse skill set, encompassing the design and creation of varied learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include investigating training needs, crafting engaging learning experiences, and coordinating and facilitating these experiences to ensure quality and compliance at the forefront.

As a Capability Specialist, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business problems and determine the most appropriate learning sequence and experience.

The role involves designing, building, delivering and monitoring learning curriculums, courses and on-the-job support tools that enable our people to confidently and competently adopt changes in process, systems, behaviours and deliver exceptional outcomes in their roles and for our customers.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from detailed content briefs to immersive digital and instructor-led training, and will be responsible for bringing learning to life whether through engaging system walkthroughs or practical, on-the-job support tools.
