Learning Experience Designer

Learning and development is a crucial aspect of any organisation's growth. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences that help our people thrive.
- Create impactful learning programs that align with our strategy.
- Design engaging content and resources using adult learning and instructional design principles.

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally in education or human services.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
- Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
