Job Description:

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging and impactful learning programs that support the growth and development of our people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement learning programs aligned with organisational strategy
  • Create interactive content and resources using instructional design principles
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent delivery
  • Support digital learning systems and gather feedback to improve experiences

You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that meet organisational priorities. You will work closely with trainers to ensure consistent delivery and use data to improve experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong instructional design skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into engaging learner-focused programs

Your ideal background includes 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, strong instructional design skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
