Job Description

We are seeking a talented Learning Professional to join our People and Culture team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful learning experiences that support the growth and development of our staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can design and implement innovative programs that align with our organisational strategy. You will work closely with trainers to ensure consistent and effective delivery, and collaborate with our digital learning systems team to enhance our LMS platform.

As a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist, you will bring your expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles to this role. Your passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability will inspire our team members to reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably in education or human services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
  • Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
