The ideal candidate will design and deliver training solutions based on organisational goals, apply adult learning methodologies, and create flexible learning experiences to meet diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill/knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Create engaging training materials and resources to support employee development.
- Analyse learning data to inform evaluation and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in adult education or instructional design.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proven skills in instructional design and development of learning experiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills in learning program development.
