As our Learning and Development Professional, you will craft meaningful learning experiences that help people grow. From onboarding and training to leadership development and organisational capability building, you will design programs that support individual advancement and team success.

This Strategic Role Involves
  • Developing impactful learning initiatives aligned with our strategy for growth and improvement.
  • Creating engaging content and resources using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and effective delivery.
  • Enhancing digital learning systems (LMS).
  • Gathering feedback and using data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
About You

You are a creative and practical learning professional who knows how to translate strategy into engaging, learner-focused programs. You love working with people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring both curiosity and rigour to your work.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably in education or human services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Instructional Design.
  • Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
