The Opportunity

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients and their pets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
  • Managing front-desk operations, handling client communications, and providing support to our veterinary team.
  • Assisting with managing the clinic's appointment schedule and coordinating with veterinary staff.
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary nursing or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine love for animals and a compassionate attitude towards pet owners.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
What We Can Offer
