Job Title: National Business Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a National Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships across the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with major national grocery retailers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Build accurate forecasts, achieve sales targets, and drive annual joint business plans.
  • Lead customer negotiations and engagement, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth.
Requirements:
  • A resilient, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and can balance execution with big-picture thinking.
  • A proven National Business Manager with a strong track record in major retail accounts.
  • Hands-on leader who drives results through strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities.
  • Ability to plan across annual and longer-term horizons (2–3 years) with a win-win mindset.
  • Skilled in leading negotiations, managing range reviews, and influencing key decisions.
  • Sharp financial acumen with a history of delivering strong commercial outcomes.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, plus MS Suite proficiency.
