- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners, fostering trust and cooperation
- Lead collaborative problem-solving initiatives, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
- Craft and implement best practice relationship models for valued SME customers, driving long-term growth and profitability
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields, with a proven track record of success
- Strong proficiency in credit writing and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to build networks and establish strategic connections
- Additional leave time to recharge and refocus, with 6 weeks per year
