Community Manager

We're seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online communities across various social platforms.

Your primary objective will be to drive community growth, create engaging content, and foster strong relationships with our players. You will also assist with customer support queries, escalate complex issues, and provide first-line community support.

To achieve this, you will develop and implement strategies to grow, maintain, and nurture our online communities, fostering loyalty and advocacy. You will track, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment/engagement rates, and community growth indicators.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple social media accounts simultaneously, including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You will also communicate with players through onsite chats, forums, and direct messages, creating and supporting both existing and new competitions, bonus initiatives, or promotional events when required.

Requirements:

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
