  • Managing store staffing optimization processes from forecasting to schedule execution.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Unit's recruiting team to fill vacancies with the right contract and availability.
  • Identifying improvements in the unit people planning process and escalating potential deviations.
Key Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Drive to improve current ways of working for successful outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability under changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, budget adherence, and reporting within a workforce management system.
