The organization is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Manager to lead the delivery of contemporary HR and workplace health and safety services.

About This Role

This key position will be responsible for:

  1. Providing authoritative advice and expertise to management on HR and workplace health and safety performance excellence.
  2. Developing and implementing practical governance arrangements in respect to HR and workplace health and safety functions.
  3. Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Reporting and interpreting performance data to drive improvement.
