Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead and mentor a high-performing team in our showroom.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a customer-focused mindset.

You'll be responsible for maintaining showroom standards, managing stock, and providing ongoing product training to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support daily operations of the showroom according to King Living standards.
  • In absence of Showroom Manager, conduct daily team meetings to provide updates on sales targets, pricing, and promotions.
  • Presentation of the showroom and product to the highest standard and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage team to achieve business goals, facilitating ongoing product and sales training.
  • Liaise with supply chain team for smooth stock replenishment.
  • Establish and build customer relationships and resolve customer complaints as required.
  • Ensure all marketing material is set up in line with Marketing requirements.
About You
  • Previous experience in premium brand environment.
  • Customer-obsessed leadership style to promote team culture.
  • Able to problem-solve, negotiate, influence and think on feet to deliver best outcome for customers.
  • Results-focused with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent professional presentation.
