About the Role

Our team is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee showroom and site operations, including inventory accuracy, warehouse logistics, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide expert design consultations, prepare tailored presentations, and quotes for customers.
  • Manage stock levels, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless day-to-day efficiency.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers throughout their journey.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for growth, and implement improvement plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales, leads, customer retention, and conversion, and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
  • Represent the brand at meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives to strengthen our presence.
About You
  • Proven leadership skills in a luxury retail or showroom environment.
  • Confidently engage in proactive and professional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong customer-first approach while optimizing workflow and business outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude combined with a commitment to continuous learning and curiosity.
  • Work well independently with a willingness to take initiative.
