Senior Showroom Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee the operations, performance, and people management of two Australian showrooms.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with store teams to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

You will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring showroom teams in Sydney and Melbourne to drive sales and upskill team members.

A key part of your role will be to develop store reporting metrics & KPIs and provide regular insights to our executive team.

You will also be responsible for ensuring excellence in day-to-day retail operations across both locations and owning and executing national retail strategy.

  • Maintain stock presentation standards and coordinate with supply chain teams on inventory needs
  • Oversee in-store events and activations to enhance the customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in multi-site retail leadership roles, ideally in homewares, furniture, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proven track record of driving retail performance and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales data and managing P&Ls
  • Passion for customer experience and creating an inspiring in-store environment
  • Hands-on leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and build culture across locations
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly between locations
