Key Role in Showroom Success

The Assistant Showroom Manager plays a pivotal part in achieving showroom success, leading the team to attain sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily showroom operations according to established standards.
  • In the absence of the Showroom Manager, conduct daily team meetings to provide updates on pricing, packages, product changes, sales targets, and promotions.
  • Present the showroom and our products to the highest standard and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage the team to achieve business goals by facilitating ongoing product and sales training and building a collaborative culture.
  • Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock replenishment.
  • Establish and build customer relationships and resolve customer complaints as required.

About You:

  • Confident and experienced leader who supports and manages a team effectively.
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to promote, motivate, and build a cohesive team culture.
  • Ability to understand store operations and effectively run a showroom.
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and influence to resolve issues.
