We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Showroom Operations Manager to oversee the performance, people management and customer experience of two Australian showrooms. As a hands-on leader, you will work closely with store teams to drive sales and deliver operational excellence that aligns with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead showroom teams in Sydney and Melbourne to drive sales and upskill team members
- Develop store reporting metrics & KPIs and provide regular insights to senior leadership
- Ensure day-to-day retail operations excel across both locations
- Own and execute national retail strategy, including showroom presentation, service standards, and local marketing execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital and physical retail efforts
- Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to improve conversion, average order value, and customer satisfaction
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for retail teams
- Plan staffing schedules, manage resources, and ensure efficient allocation
- Maintain stock presentation standards and coordinate with supply chain teams on inventory needs
- Oversee in-store events and activations to enhance the customer experience
