About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized leader to join our team as an Assistant Showroom Manager.

This key position involves leading, mentoring, and motivating a team in a fast-paced showroom environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales targets.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and supporting the daily operation of the showroom according to set standards.
  • In the absence of the Showroom Manager, conducting daily team meetings to provide updates on pricing, packages, product changes, sales targets, and promotions.
  • Presenting the showroom and our products to the highest standard, providing outstanding customer service, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Effectively managing the team to achieve business goals while facilitating ongoing product and sales training.
  • Liaising with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock replenishment.
  • Establishing and building customer relationships, managing and resolving customer complaints as required.
  • Ensuring all marketing material is set up in line with Marketing and Brand requirements.
  • Staying across competitor product offerings and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a premium brand environment, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-obsessed approach. They will also possess a strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think on their feet.
