Magnolia Kitchens and Bathrooms is a renovating company which has been operating for the past two years, located in the Lower Blue Mountains. Family owned and operated by Reece and Alexandra, a husband-and-wife team from Blaxland.

We are about to open our first showroom located in Blaxland East. Our showroom comprises of our two business under the one roof. Our core business being Magnolia Kitchen and Bathrooms and our newest addition; Alex Loves - Homewares by Magnolia. The homewares business will be incorporated throughout the numerous kitchen displays within the showroom.

**Magnolia Tasks;**
- We are seeking a motivated individual who has a professional manner with excellent communication skills.
- You will be the first point of contact for all clients and therefore must present well.
- You must have the ability to engage with visitors and callers to make qualified appointments for our Director Reece.
- Assisting in daily office needs as well as administrative duties, preparing work schedules and maintaining filing systems.
- You will also be responsible for keeping our Showroom in a presentable manner.
- At Magnolia we are passionate about delivering a showroom experience that leaves the customer with a positive memory of their visit.

**Alex Loves Tasks;**
- With a helpful and courteous manner, identifying the needs of your customer and providing the highest level of customer service
- Stock management, receiving deliveries, unpacking of stock and store refill (some heavy lifting required)
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards through store presentation
- Gift wrapping of gifts/purchases where required

**Skills and experience**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Professional approach and strong communication skills
- A customer service focus
- Use of Point of Sale (POS) system (Training provided)
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Working autonomously at times
- Kitchen/renovating experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is a must
- No Kitchen design work is required in this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
