Senior Strategy Associate Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Associate to join our Group Strategy team. This individual will play a key role in shaping strategic priorities that guide decisions across the business.

  • This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong experience in strategy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the delivery of critical strategic initiatives, including Board-mandated projects;
  • Conduct structured market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies;
  • Develop clear, compelling strategic documentation and presentations for senior leadership;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a strategy-focused role, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing in-house strategy team;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience working in Excel and data modelling;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing polished presentations and reports;
  • A proactive, professional mindset with strong attention to detail and time management;
