Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the business development function for our leading practice groups.

  • Oversight of strategic development and management of key initiatives relating to these practice groups, including client engagement, pursuit initiatives, and related pitching efforts.
  • Collaboration with other business development managers in the Advisory, Risk and Regulation Stream, and wider practice area and client teams.
  • Support from a shared pool of Advisors and Coordinators within the Stream and access to a centralized pitching team for larger opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and legal/client development experience gained from a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive, pragmatic style.
  • Proven leadership skills, people/team management skills, and resilience and self-motivation.
