
Broker Network Expansion Specialist

Seeking a Business Development Professional to expand our broker partner network and develop meaningful relationships with brokers and aggregators.
This role involves targeting an audience of financial professionals, promoting market-leading lending solutions, and working closely with internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have an existing broker network, experience working with lenders, and strong product and credit understanding.
They must be able to work autonomously, possess excellent communication skills, and have well-developed presentation and prospecting abilities.
Responsibilities- Expand the broker partner network through onboarding new brokers and partners
- Manage existing broker and aggregator relationships
- Attend industry events and awards nights
- Educate broker partners about products and services
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Existing broker network and relationships with aggregators
- Experience in a similar business development role at a lender
- Strong product and credit knowledge
- Autonomy and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation and prospecting abilities
