
Finance Broker Network Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to expand and maintain our nationwide network of finance and mortgage brokers. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your existing broker database while continuing to grow and nurture new relationships.
The ability to build trust and deliver tailored financial solutions will be key to your success. You will identify new opportunities, ensuring the business remains front of mind for brokers nationwide.
This position requires regular interstate travel to attend networking events, industry briefings, and one-on-one meetings, ensuring genuine face-to-face engagement with brokers and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strategic sales strategy to grow a referral-producing broker network by identifying opportunities.
- Utilize your existing database to connect with a nationwide broker network.
- Seek, establish, and cultivate new broker partnerships.
- Ensure activity is effectively executed to fully capitalize on all available opportunities.
- Analyze competitor markets to ensure a strong understanding of current trends as well as identification of market opportunities and gaps.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales executive role with a business or finance background highly desirable.
- Ability to build lasting relationships while actively representing and promoting the brand.
- A business or finance diploma/degree highly regarded.
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to close deals.
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- The ability to identify opportunities and drive execution excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
- Possess a strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Experience working with a CRM with strong MS Office skills highly regarded.
- A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible and activity-based workplace that offers autonomy and accountability.
