Job Role: Mortgage Broker Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to excel as a Mortgage Broker. As the primary point of contact for clients' lending needs, you will play a vital role in helping them achieve their financial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mortgage broking, with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking. You will possess excellent customer service skills, integrity, and a proactive attitude to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity
- Build relationships with customers and referral partners
- Facilitate effective communication and correspondence with customers
- Identify and present suitable loan solutions for customers, working closely with the support team to analyze documentation and match customer needs with bank products
