Opportunity Overview

A highly coveted position has become available within our organization, focusing on broker and aggregator relationships, with a primary objective of expanding the partner network by onboarding new brokers.

This role reports directly to the General Manager of Business Development, working closely with key stakeholders including the Lending Manager and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will possess existing broker network connections and experience in a similar BDM capacity, preferably with a lender (bank or non-bank).

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Expansion: Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals to enhance our broker network.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with existing brokers and aggregators, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefits.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, promoting brand awareness and establishing valuable connections.
  • Product Education: Provide expert knowledge on products to broker partners, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful broker networks.
  • Experience in a comparable role, preferably within the lending sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of short-medium term Bridging Finance products.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills and autonomy to work independently.
  • Fosters a collaborative team environment and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Develops and delivers compelling presentations, workshops, and influencing strategies.
