Job Description:
The Service Coordinator plays a key leadership role in providing guidance and support to staff.
This position requires the ability to travel to various locations across Queensland as needed.
Key responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and developing a diverse team within a high-pressure environment.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead a team in providing recruitment, counselling, training, performance management and performance planning for staff.
- Ensure staff meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes within designated timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to various locations as required
Working knowledge of relevant legislation, policy, and procedures applicable to the accounts payable function consistent with Queensland Health directives
