The role
Reporting to the Director Leadership and Talent Development this role will be responsible for the collaborative design and implementation of leadership initiatives, performance programs and develop a Capability Framework which outlines the level of skills and behaviours across the workforce that combine to deliver organisational objectives while developing and strengthening leadership. You will influence the strategic direction of workforce priorities, advise on best practices for capability uplift, and drive commitment to organisational goals through positive engagement and productive relationships.
The successful person
**You will have demonstrated**:

- Demonstrated high level strategic leadership and knowledge of workforce capability frameworks to drive and deliver priorities and objectives, developing and overseeing the implementation of programs, assessing and advising on the strategic direction of initiatives and ensuring best practices in leadership development.
- Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in leading, managing, planning and delivering best practice contemporary strategic workforce projects and initiatives, influencing decision making at an executive level and leading engagement across a large complex multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated leadership at a senior level, with the ability to successfully lead a team, set direction, motivate and inspire staff, promoting an environment where staff are valued, developed and coached to perform at their full potential that promotes a culture of lifelong learning and succession management.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and advocacy skills to positively engage, build and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing challenges with integrity, diplomacy, tact, and a solutions-oriented approach.
