- Coordinating the work of Service Technicians with the Scheduling team to ensure seamless execution of field activities.
- Developing and implementing effective Service strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Collaborating with the Training & Assessment team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of field personnel.
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of field activity data to inform business decisions.
- Managing escalations and resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
