Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bar and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar.
- Support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue.
- Manage the FOH operational facets of the business, ensuring adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
- Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
- Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional concepts to assist in business growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
- Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
- Experience in the financial aspects of a business.
- RSA certificate.
