Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing pricing strategies that balance business needs with consumer affordability
* Collaborating with international teams to launch new products and optimize fee structures locally
* Leading Australia's Affordability workstream and working closely with other S&O teams, finance strategy, analytics, product, and more

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 6-9 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify key insights from data and translate them into operational strategies
* Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively
* Proven analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable recommendations
