About This Role

We are seeking an Experience Driven Service Designer to join our human-centred design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and passionate team to improve trade experiences for businesses.

As an Experience Driven Service Designer, you will have experience working across services, teams, and disciplines to advocate for business needs and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, facilitation, and analysis of user research activities.
- Strong analysis skills and ability to absorb and analyze a range of information sources, including research studies, process diagrams, and technical artefacts.
- Support the shaping of actionable insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
- Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

- Experience working with various disciplines to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and progress shared deliverables.
- Ability to bring together multiple lenses (e.g., user experience and technical feasibility) to produce actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research activities to inform decision-making and reforms.
