Job Title: Service Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Experience Designer to join our team on a transformation and modernisation project focusing on the core capabilities of Medicare.

As part of this initiative, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to produce foundational requirements such as strategies, designs and specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing independent research and analysis to identify issues, risks and relevant mitigations for future transformations
  • Designing and conducting user research with UX participants to inform design decisions
  • Developing and managing service blueprints and design plans that meet project and business area requirements
  • Supporting the development of the future state strategy to ensure alignment with project objectives

The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to represent the team or work area in discussions with internal and external counterparts.

You will also be responsible for contributing to project quality management to ensure deliverables are fit for purpose.
