We are seeking an experienced Service Experience Designer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the Federal Government sector by designing and delivering exceptional service experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, business processes, and systems analysis.

The role will involve:

  • Conducting research to identify current business processes and staff and participant experience;
  • Creating and facilitating process design improvements through business and systems process analysis;
  • Facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future services;
  • Developing end-to-end service experiences that meet the needs of participants and staff, aligned with client standards;
  • Providing expertise to product owners on user story development, acceptance criteria, and process maps;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and designs at both conceptual and tactical levels;
  • Developing blueprints and designs for proposed services to guide build teams.

Previous Federal Government experience is highly desirable for this role.
