IT UX/UI Design Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced IT UX/UI Design Lead to drive end-to-end user centred design and experiences for Whole of Government digital products and services.

The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality designs that enhance our current service offering and shape the future vision and experiences of these products.

Key responsibilities include developing designs that meet business needs, building and sustaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and elicitating, analysing, understanding and validating interactions within Whole of Government systems and constraints.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT UX/UI Designer or similar role;
  • Ability to deliver high-quality user-centred designs that meet business needs;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
